Description

The Chicken Caesar BLT Sandwich is the ultimate mash-up of two favorites — the classic BLT and the Caesar salad. Juicy grilled chicken, crispy bacon, fresh tomato, romaine, and a creamy Caesar dressing are stacked on toasted bread or buns for a hearty and flavor-packed lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

For the Sandwich:
1 lb cooked chicken breast (grilled, sliced or shredded)
8 slices cooked bacon
1–2 large tomatoes, sliced
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/4 cup Caesar dressing
1/4 cup croutons, crushed (optional for crunch)
4 sandwich rolls, ciabatta, or sliced sourdough, toasted
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Prepare Caesar Lettuce Mix
In a medium bowl, toss romaine with Caesar dressing and crushed croutons (if using). Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Toast the Bread
Lightly toast the sandwich rolls or bread slices. Optional: rub with a cut garlic clove for extra flavor.

Assemble the Sandwiches
Layer sliced chicken on the bottom half of the bread. Top with 2 slices of crispy bacon, tomato slices, and the Caesar-dressed lettuce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired. Add the top slice of bread or roll.

Serve
Serve immediately with extra Caesar dressing on the side or chips for a crunchy contrast.

Notes

Rotisserie chicken works great for quick prep.
Use turkey bacon or skip it for a lighter version.
Add avocado slices or swap the roll for a wrap to switch it up.
