Description

Strawberry Yogurt Bites are a refreshing and healthy frozen snack made with just a few ingredients. They’re perfect for kids and adults alike as a guilt-free treat.

Ingredients

1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine chopped strawberries with Greek yogurt and honey or maple syrup, if using. Mix well. Spoon small dollops of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or into silicone molds. Place the tray in the freezer and freeze for 2–3 hours or until solid. Once frozen, remove bites from tray and store in an airtight container in the freezer. Let sit at room temperature for 1–2 minutes before serving for the best texture.

Notes

Use vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt for a sweeter bite without added sweeteners. Try using other fruits like blueberries or raspberries for variety. Silicone molds make shaping and removal much easier.
