1/4 cup crumbled feta or shredded cheddar (optional)
1/4 cup chopped pecans or almonds (optional)
Hot Honey
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Dressing
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Make the Hot Honey: In a small saucepan, combine honey, red pepper flakes, and apple cider vinegar. Warm over low heat for 2–3 minutes, then set aside to cool.
- Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Salad: In a large salad bowl, layer the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, carrots, and optional cheese or nuts.
