Prep Time: 5 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes Resting Time: 6 hours Total Time: 6 hours 25 minutes Yield: 12 muffins

Ingredients

  • 12 frozen dinner rolls
  • 12 teaspoons olive oil (for drizzling before toppings)
  • Cherry tomatoes, sliced (to taste)
  • Black olives, sliced (to taste)
  • Green olives, sliced (to taste)
  • Feta cheese, crumbled (to taste)
  • 6 teaspoons grated Parmesan cheese (to taste)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • Dash of salt

Instructions

Place one frozen dinner roll into each cup of an ungreased 12-cup muffin tin.
Cover with plastic wrap and allow the dough to rise at room temperature until doubled in size, about 6 hours or as per package instructions.
Once risen, gently press each roll with your fingertips to create dimples, mimicking traditional focaccia texture.
Drizzle each roll with 1 teaspoon of olive oil, making sure it fills the indentations.
Add desired toppings into the dimples—such as cherry tomatoes, olives, crumbled feta, and grated Parmesan. Sprinkle each with dried oregano and a dash of salt.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Let cool slightly in the muffin tin before transferring to a serving plate. Serve warm.
