• 4 tablespoons soy sauce
• 4 tablespoons mayo
• 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
• Salt & pepper, to taste
• 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce (for brushing)

Stir-Fried Garlic Green Beans
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 cups green beans
• 2 teaspoons coarse salt

To Serve
• Steamed white rice

Instructions

Prepare the Salmon
Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes.

Marinate
In a mixing bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, mayo, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Add the salmon cubes and gently toss to coat. Let it marinate for a few minutes.

Air Fry the Salmon
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the marinated salmon bites into the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Glaze and Finish
After 12 minutes, brush the salmon bites with the remaining teriyaki sauce. Air fry for an additional 2 minutes to allow the glaze to set.

Prepare the Green Beans
Boil the green beans in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking.
In a skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the garlic for 2 minutes. Add the green beans and coarse salt, then stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender and fragrant.

Serve
Plate the teriyaki salmon bites with garlic green beans and steamed white rice. Enjoy immediately, or store for meal prep.

Notes

Marinating Time: For deeper flavor, marinate the salmon for 15–30 minutes if time allows.
Salmon Substitutes: This recipe also works great with steelhead trout or cod.
Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best texture.
Make It Gluten-Free: Use gluten-free soy sauce and teriyaki sauce.
Vegetable Swap: Try broccoli, snap peas, or asparagus instead of green beans for variety.
