Yield: 5 servings
Ingredients
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
1½ cups shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided
4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
5 cups frozen tater tots
¼ cup sliced green onions, for garnish

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle half of the crumbled bacon over the chicken mixture. Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single, even layer on top. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheese over the tater tots, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Finish by topping with the remaining bacon and sliced green onions. Serve warm.
