Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (enough for 1 pizza)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- ⅓ cup marinara sauce
- ½ cup chopped cooked ham
- ½ cup sliced salami
- ½ cup pepperoni slices
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out pizza dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12″x16″ rectangle.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1″ border all around and a 2–3″ gap at the far long edge.
- Layer with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella, then add ham, salami, and pepperoni. Top with the remaining ½ cup mozzarella.
- Roll the dough up tightly, stopping just before the edge.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg, water, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Brush the egg wash over the dough seam, then pinch to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet and brush the top with egg wash.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown and puffed.
- Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
