These Turkey & Stuffing Roll-Ups are a delicious and easy way to enjoy the flavors of Thanksgiving all year round! Sliced turkey is wrapped around flavorful stuffing, baked with gravy, and served warm for a comforting meal.
Ingredients
- 8 slices deli-style turkey (or leftover roasted turkey slices)
- 2 cups prepared stuffing (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 cup turkey or chicken gravy
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing the dish)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly butter or grease a baking dish. Assemble the roll-ups – Place about ¼ cup of stuffing onto each turkey slice. Roll up tightly and place seam-side down in the baking dish. Season & add gravy – Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, and black pepper over the roll-ups. Pour the gravy evenly over the top. Bake – Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. If using cheese, remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes until melted. Serve – Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies!

Make-Ahead: Assemble the roll-ups in advance, cover, and refrigerate until ready to bake. Leftovers Idea: Use cranberry sauce as a topping for extra flavor. Stuffing Options: Swap traditional stuffing with cornbread or a sausage-based version for variety.
