Ingredients

½ cup plain Greek yogurt (whole or low-fat)
1 tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ cup diced celery
¼ cup chopped red onion (optional)
½ cup halved red grapes (or diced apple)
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or dill (optional)
1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
