Ingredients

For the Filling
1 lb ground beef
½ small onion, finely diced
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
½ cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
¼ cup chopped pickles (optional)

For the Bombs
1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sesame seeds

For the Big Mac Sauce
½ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
1 tsp yellow mustard
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp white vinegar

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients until well combined. Set aside.

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease. Stir in salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Let the beef mixture cool slightly, then mix in 2–3 tablespoons of the Big Mac sauce and the shredded cheese.

Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch round. Spoon a portion of the beef mixture into the center. Add chopped pickles, if using. Fold the dough up and around the filling and pinch to seal into a ball.

Place each bomb seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve warm with the remaining Big Mac sauce for dipping.

Tips & Variations

Dough alternatives: Crescent roll dough or pizza dough work just as well.
Add crunch: Serve with shredded lettuce and extra pickles on the side for the full Big Mac feel.
Make ahead: These bombs freeze beautifully. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for the best texture.
