Sausage Egg & Cheese Roll-Ups are a quick and hearty breakfast or snack featuring fluffy scrambled eggs, savory sausage, and melty cheese wrapped in soft crescent dough.
Ingredients

1 can crescent roll dough (8 rolls)

4 breakfast sausage links, cooked and cut in half

3 large eggs

2 tbsp milk

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat and scramble the eggs until just set; remove from heat.
Unroll the crescent dough and separate into 8 triangles.
Place a spoonful of scrambled eggs, a half sausage link, and a sprinkle of cheese at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up each triangle starting from the wide end, enclosing the filling.
Place roll-ups on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
Use pre-cooked sausage to save time.
Substitute with turkey sausage or plant-based sausage if preferred.
Reheat leftovers in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
