Description

Pulled Pork Pizza is a smoky, savory pizza topped with tender pulled pork, tangy barbecue sauce, gooey cheese, and your favorite toppings for a bold, mouthwatering twist on classic pizza night.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pizza dough

  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup cooked pulled pork

  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion

  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños (optional)

  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

  • Olive oil, for brushing crust

Instructions

  • Preheat oven or grill to 475°F (245°C).

  • Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

  • Transfer dough to a pizza stone, baking sheet, or grill-safe tray.

  • Spread barbecue sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.

  • Top with mozzarella, pulled pork, red onion, and jalapeños if using.

  • Lightly brush the crust with olive oil.

  • Bake or grill for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • Drizzle with extra barbecue sauce and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • Use leftover smoked pulled pork for the best flavor.

  • Customize with toppings like crispy bacon, pineapple, or pickled onions.

  • A pizza stone helps achieve a crispy bottom crust.

  • Serve with a fresh green salad or your favorite cold drink.
