Description

A fun and flavorful pizza-inspired salad loaded with your favorite toppings like pepperoni, mozzarella, and olives, tossed in a zesty Italian dressing. A low-carb way to enjoy the taste of pizza!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded

  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced

  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced

  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

  • 1/4 cup Italian dressing

  • Optional: 1/4 cup croutons or mini pizza crust chips


Instructions

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pepperoni, mozzarella, olives, red bell pepper, and red onion.

  • Sprinkle the dried oregano over the top for added pizza flavor.

  • Drizzle with Italian dressing and toss to combine thoroughly.

  • Add croutons or mini crust chips if using, just before serving for crunch.

 

  • Serve immediately or chill for 10–15 minutes before serving.


Notes

For a healthier version, use turkey pepperoni and low-fat cheese.
Great for meal prep—store dressing separately until ready to eat.
Try adding cooked mushrooms or artichokes for extra pizza flavor.
