Description
Pizza Poppers are bite-sized, cheesy, and full of classic pizza flavor. Stuffed with marinara, mozzarella, and pepperoni, these mini snacks are perfect for parties, game day, or quick kid-friendly treats.
Ingredients

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices or chopped pepperoni
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a 3-inch circle.
- In the center of each dough round, place a small spoonful of marinara, a bit of mozzarella, and a few pepperoni pieces.
- Fold the dough edges over the filling and pinch tightly to seal, forming a ball.
- Place each ball seam-side down into the mini muffin tin cups.
- Brush tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm with extra marinara for dipping.

Notes
- Crescent roll dough or pizza dough can be used instead of biscuit dough.
- Customize the filling with cooked sausage, sautéed mushrooms, or diced veggies.
- For crispier tops, bake uncovered on a sheet pan instead of in a muffin tin.
