Description

No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake is a light and refreshing dessert that combines the nostalgic flavors of creamy vanilla and bright orange in a smooth, fluffy cheesecake with a graham cracker crust.


Ingredients

  • Crust:

    • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

    • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

    • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • Filling:

    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

    • 1 cup powdered sugar

    • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

    • 1/4 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed

    • 1 tbsp orange zest

    • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter.

  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Refrigerate while making the filling.

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add powdered sugar, orange juice concentrate, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Beat until fully incorporated.

  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to stiff peaks.

  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.

  • Spread the filling evenly over the crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.

  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

 

  • Garnish with extra whipped cream and orange slices, if desired, before serving.

  • Use frozen orange juice concentrate for the most intense flavor.

  • For a lighter texture, substitute whipped cream with whipped topping.
