Description
Loaded Baked Potato Pierogi are savory dumplings filled with creamy mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, and bacon, then pan-fried and topped with sour cream, green onions, and more cheese for the ultimate comfort food.
Ingredients
1 package (16 oz) frozen potato and cheese pierogi
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
Cook pierogi according to package directions—either boil or pan-fry until heated through and lightly golden.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add pierogi and cook for 3–5 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
Top with shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, sour cream, and chopped green onions.
Season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Use homemade pierogi if preferred.
Add sautéed onions for extra flavor.
Can be made vegetarian by omitting bacon and using plant-based cheese.
