Description

Layered Cherry Cheesecake Dessert is a rich, no-bake treat with a buttery graham cracker crust, smooth cream cheese filling, and a sweet cherry topping. It’s a crowd-pleaser at potlucks, family gatherings, or holiday celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly combined.

  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill for 15 minutes.

  • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.

  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until fully incorporated.

  • Fold in the whipped topping gently until light and fluffy.

  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.

  • Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top and spread into an even layer.

  • Chill for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the dessert to set.

Notes

For best results, use full-fat cream cheese.
Try other pie fillings like blueberry, strawberry, or peach for variety.
This dessert holds up well when made a day in advance.
