Ingredients

1 cup powdered sugar

1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until evenly combined.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust. Chill for 15 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Beat until fully incorporated.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping gently until light and fluffy.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  7. Spoon the cherry pie filling over the top and spread into an even layer.
  8. Chill for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the dessert to set.
