Ingredients

5 large flour tortillas
Instructions

Prepare Filling:
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheddar, green onions, green chilies (if using), garlic powder, and salt until smooth and well combined. -
Assemble Rollups:
Lay out each tortilla and spread an even layer of the filling mixture over the entire surface. -
Roll and Chill:
Roll each tortilla up tightly, then wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up for easier slicing.
