Cheesy Sausage Balls are savory bite-sized appetizers made with ground sausage, cheddar cheese, and biscuit mix—perfect for parties, game day, or a quick snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1½ cups biscuit baking mix (such as Bisquick)
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sausage, cheddar cheese, biscuit mix, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
