This 3-ingredient no-bake dessert is one of my go-to quick & easy treats! You will absolutely love how delicious they taste!
Prep Time: 40 minutes
Servings: 4 people
Ingredients
- 50 Oreos
- 300 g softened cream cheese
- 300 g semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Optional: white chocolate & sprinkles for decoration

Instructions
Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreos in a food processor and blend until finely crushed, forming a crumb-like consistency.
Combine with Cream Cheese: Transfer the crushed Oreos into a mixing bowl. Add the softened cream cheese. Mix thoroughly with a spatula or hand mixer until smooth and uniform, with no lumps.
Transfer to Pan & Shape: Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper or foil. Spread the Oreo and cream cheese mixture evenly in the pan and press firmly to form a base layer.
Harden the Mixture: Freeze for about 30 minutes, or until firm. Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
Cut Out Hearts: Remove the firmed mixture from the freezer. Using a heart-shaped cookie cutter, carefully cut 16 hearts. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
Prepare the Chocolate: Melt the semi-sweet chocolate (with coconut oil) in the microwave or double boiler until smooth.
Coat Each Truffle: Dip each heart into the melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool, letting excess drip off. Place back on the baking sheet.
Decorate: While the chocolate is still wet, add sprinkles or toppings as desired.
Chill the Truffles: Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.
Serve & Enjoy: Your Oreo cheesecake truffles are ready to enjoy or gift!

Notes
Pro tip: To make pink chocolate, add red food coloring to white chocolate before dipping.
