Blackstone Pork Chops

Blackstone Pork Chops are flavorful, quick to cook, and make a simple weeknight meal. These boneless chops sear beautifully on the griddle and are seasoned to perfection.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 8 minutes
Rest Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 23 minutes

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops (approximately 1 inch thick)
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Rub the seasoning evenly over both sides of the pork chops.

Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat (about 400°F). Once hot, drizzle the avocado oil onto the griddle and spread it evenly with a spatula.

Place the pork chops on the oiled griddle and cook for 2–4 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the edges are caramelized.

Remove the pork chops from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Storage: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • Oil Alternatives: Any high smoke point oil will work—coconut oil, vegetable oil, or canola oil are all good choices.
  • Thicker Chops: If your pork chops are thicker than 1 inch, add a few minutes to the cook time or use a meat thermometer to ensure doneness.
  • Flavor Boost: Add a pat of compound butter (garlic herb or honey mustard) to the chops just before serving for an extra layer of flavor.
  • Serve With: These pork chops pair well with grilled vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a fresh green salad.
