  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup sour cream

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • 1 cup mixed salad greens

  • Olive oil, for drizzling


Instructions

1. Make the Filling

In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until fully combined and creamy.

2. Assemble the Wraps

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon ¼ of the chicken mixture into the center, leaving space at the edges.
Top with a handful of mixed salad greens for crunch and freshness.

Fold in the sides, then roll tightly from the bottom up to form a secure wrap.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

3. Toast the Wraps

Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Drizzle with olive oil.
Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.

4. Serve

Transfer the wraps to a cutting board, let cool slightly, then slice in half.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
