Ingredients

1 cup (240 g) full-fat cottage cheese

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Drain any excess liquid from the top of the cottage cheese.
If using, mix in your desired seasonings.
Spoon small portions of cottage cheese onto the prepared sheet, leaving space between each.
Flatten each into a thin round, approximately 0.2 inches (0.5 cm) thick.
Bake on the middle rack for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and crispy at the edges.
Tip: Avoid overbaking to prevent toughness.
Let chips cool on the sheet for 10–15 minutes. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
