Ingredients

For the Chicken

  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Pasta

  • 10 oz (300 g) pasta (penne, fettuccine, or preferred shape)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1½ cups (360 ml) heavy cream
  • ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Chicken Bites

Season the chicken pieces with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the chicken and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through.
Add butter and minced garlic. Stir to coat the chicken in garlic butter and cook for 1–2 more minutes. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

3. Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce

In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the heavy cream, stir to combine, and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.
Cook the sauce for 2–3 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly thickened.

4. Combine Pasta and Sauce

Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly. Stir in chopped parsley and season to taste with salt and pepper.

5. Serve
