Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

1 pound breakfast sausage, cooked, crumbled, and drained

½ to 1 pound spaghetti, cooked and drained

8 large eggs, beaten until smooth

¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Prepare the skillet:
Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Tilt the skillet to coat the bottom evenly. -
Add pasta and eggs:
Spread the cooked spaghetti in the skillet. Pour the beaten eggs evenly over the pasta. -
Add sausage and cheese:
Sprinkle the cooked sausage over the eggs and pasta, then top with shredded cheese. Stir to combine everything thoroughly. -
Cook:
Continue cooking, stirring gently, until the eggs are fully set and cooked through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm and enjoy!
