These Fried Cheese-Stuffed Doritos are the ultimate snack for cheese lovers. Crunchy on the outside with a molten cheddar center, they’re a guaranteed crowd-pleaser—perfect for game day, parties, or satisfying late-night cravings.
Ingredients
- 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos (crushed)
- 8 oz block of cheddar cheese, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Crush the Doritos
In a food processor, pulse the Doritos until finely crushed. Pour into a shallow dish and mix with panko breadcrumbs. - Cut the Cheese
Slice the cheddar cheese block into small, bite-sized cubes. - Set Up a Dredging Station
Prepare three shallow bowls:- Bowl 1: Flour
- Bowl 2: Beaten eggs + milk
- Bowl 3: Crushed Doritos + panko mixture
- Coat the Cheese Cubes
Working one at a time:- Dredge each cube in flour
- Dip into the egg mixture
- Press into the Doritos-panko mix until fully coated
- Fry the Cheese
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, fry the cheese cubes in batches for 1–2 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy. - Drain and Serve
Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate. Serve immediately while hot and gooey.
