This easy frozen waffle breakfast sandwich is a lifesaver for busy mornings. Creamy, fruity, buttery, and golden-crisp, it’s a sweet, satisfying treat both kids and adults will love. Made in minutes, it’s perfect for breakfast on the go or a fun weekend brunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen waffles (do not thaw)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese (or preferred amount)
  • 2 tablespoons jam or fruit spread (or preferred amount)
  • Butter (for cooking)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Pan
    Heat a frying pan over low to medium heat.
  2. Assemble the Sandwich
    • Butter the outside of both frozen waffles.
    • Spread cream cheese on the inside of one waffle.
    • Spread jam or fruit spread on the inside of the second waffle.
    • Sandwich them together with the fillings inside.
  3. Cook the Sandwich
    • Place the assembled sandwich in the pan.
    • Cook for 4 minutes, checking for golden crispness underneath.
    • Flip and cook the other side for an additional 4 minutes, until both sides are golden and the filling is warm.
  4. Serve
    Serve immediately while hot and crisp.
