Ingredients

3 plain bagels, sliced

6 large eggs, beaten

⅛ teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper, to taste

10 fully cooked bacon slices, crumbled

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 415°F and place sliced bagels cut-side up on an ungreased baking sheet.

Scramble the eggs:
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until just set. -
Assemble the bagels:

Evenly distribute the scrambled eggs over the bagel halves.

Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the eggs.

Toss mozzarella and cheddar together, then sprinkle over the top.
