- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 415°F and place sliced bagels cut-side up on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Scramble the eggs:
In a medium bowl, whisk eggs with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Scramble in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until just set. - Assemble the bagels:
- Evenly distribute the scrambled eggs over the bagel halves.
- Sprinkle crumbled bacon over the eggs.
- Toss mozzarella and cheddar together, then sprinkle over the top.
