Ingredients

6 oz cream cheese, softened

4 slices whole grain sourdough bread, toasted

¼ lb smoked salmon, thinly sliced

¼ cup thinly sliced red onion

2 tablespoons capers

1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, dill, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper, then stir until smooth and well blended.

Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the toasted bread slices.
