Instructions

Cook the sausage links according to package directions. Set aside to cool slightly.

While sausages are cooking, prepare the bread by trimming off the crusts and using a rolling pin to flatten each slice.

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Place one sausage at the end of a flattened bread slice and roll it up tightly. Secure with a toothpick if needed. Repeat with the remaining slices and sausages.
