Description

Cool, creamy, and bursting with berry flavor, this refreshing homemade Pink Drink tastes just like your Starbucks favorite—but made right in your kitchen! It’s lightly caffeinated (if you’d like), packed with fruity flavor, and so pretty it practically begs to be sipped poolside or at brunch with friends.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Ocean Spray White Cran-Strawberry Juice

  • ½ teaspoon liquid green coffee bean extract (optional for that Starbucks-style energy boost)

  • ⅓ cup freeze-dried strawberries (or sub with muddled fresh strawberries)

  • Ice (crushed or cubed—your call)

  • 1 cup sweetened coconut milk (carton, not canned—original or vanilla-flavored)

Instructions

  • Make the base: Pour the White Cran-Strawberry juice into a large measuring cup. Stir in the green coffee bean extract if using.

  • Add strawberries: Stir in the freeze-dried strawberries and let them sit for 2–4 minutes. They’ll begin to soften and release flavor into the juice. (Pro tip: If you’re using fresh strawberries, muddle them well in the bottom of the measuring cup before adding the juice.)

  • Assemble: Fill two tall glasses with ice. Pour the strawberry-infused juice mixture evenly over the ice.

  • Finish with coconut milk: Top each drink with half the coconut milk. Give it a gentle stir before sipping so the coconut and strawberry flavors swirl together beautifully.

Notes

  • Coconut Milk: Make sure to use the kind from the refrigerated section (in a carton), not canned. Canned coconut milk is too thick and rich for this recipe.

  • Sweetness: The drink is lightly sweet on its own, but you can always add a splash of simple syrup or stevia to adjust the sweetness to your liking.

  • No green coffee bean extract? No problem—just leave it out if you’re avoiding caffeine.
